Licensed Broker, Production Manager and Marketing Specialist
Brooke Beaty is our Production Manager, Licensed Broker and Marketing Specialist. Brooke brings a plethora of Real Estate and Marketing knowledge, with over 18 years of Real Estate experience – from office administration, transaction coordination, marketing, training, and real estate sales of over $200 million with her team. She is also a previous real estate marketing company owner, and savvy with skills that make our marketing stand apart from the rest!
Brooke resides in University Place and is a mother to 3 children; 2 daughters who are college graduates (Go Huskies!) and a son who attends Curtis Senior High School, playing football and running track. Brooke stays busy with sporting events, leading booster clubs and spearheading volunteer work and events in the University Place community. She enjoys travelling and boating with her family. Brooke specializes in helping families in the University Place, Tacoma, Puyallup and Fircrest communities as well as Gig Harbor.
Brooke works alongside Thelma every step of the way, helping buyers and sellers alike, and her focus is to monitor and administer the details of your home selling experience and to track time lines to assure a smooth transaction. She will also oversee our marketing efforts, and ensure that your property is exposed to the open market worldwide, and is committed to providing a white glove superb experience for our clients, assisting them with commitment, integrity and honesty.
